About me

From Survival to Leading from Within!
  • Since I was a child, I’ve always dreamed of a world where I felt I belonged. But reality taught me otherwise. I spent much of my life in survival mode, constantly feeling like I didn’t belong or wasn’t enough. My dreams didn’t match my reality, so I threw myself into achieving professional success. I spent 10 years in the food and beverage industry and another 10 in finance, building a successful career as a way to escape my inner pain.

    Eventually, everything I was pushing down inside had to come out. For me, it showed up as a chronic disease. By the age of 22 and with a 1-year-old son, I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I saw myself dealing with the new reality of feeling pain 24h/7 and losing the capacity to move freely.
    That was the moment life forced me to pause and look within. I began questioning everything, my choices, my pace, and the version of success I was chasing.

    We’re not just our jobs, relationships, health, or material achievements. We are what’s inside, beyond the layers we build over time. Self-awareness became the key to understanding who I am, and the starting point for rebuilding my life with honesty, compassion, and purpose. That’s the path I now guide others on.
  • Yoga invited me to turn inward and gently begin peeling back the layers I had built over the years. It has been—and continues to be—a living journey, one that taught me how to sit with my pain, build inner strength, and reconnect with a sense of peace, freedom, and self-trust.
    Over time, I brought together my corporate background and my passion for yoga and leadership. I am a certified 500-hour yoga teacher and leadership mentor, with additional training in emotional intelligence and applied hypnotherapy. Having spent many years leading in demanding corporate environments, I deeply understand the tension between productivity and humanity.
    My work is rooted in bridging that gap—supporting you in reconnecting with yourself, honoring your individuality, and finding balance from within, so you can lead your life with clarity, calm, and true freedom.
