How the Program Works

You receive two 1:1 online sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to recordings so you can continue practicing in your own time and at your own pace.
Throughout the month, you receive ongoing guidance and support, helping you stay connected to the practice and build consistency in a way that feels sustainable and supportive, not forced.
Each session may include:
