What is The Inner SAIL Flow:

The Inner SAIL Flow is a space to return to yourself, again and again.

A monthly live practice where yoga and flow-based movement come together with breathing techniques, meditation, and moments of reflection to support you in creating a rhythm that feels sustainable in your daily life.

Each month, we move through a theme that we explore together, giving direction to your practice while allowing space for your own experience.

This is where consistency becomes something you live, not something you struggle to maintain.

A simple structure designed to support you without adding pressure:

  • Two live classes per week (45 minutes)
  • One monthly session focused on a specific theme
  • Yoga and flow-based practices

You can join live or move at your own pace.
